"Princess and Daughter of the King"

I found this picture online and that's how my neck looks in the first picture. Yesterday, I had a hard time getting dressed. My neck and shoulder were in excruciating pain. I couldn't find any medicine to help so continued on my way to work. There, I expressed my hurt to my boss with the knowledge that this was caused by overuse last week stuffing envelopes. She recommend that I go to the hospital and we would file a claim with Workmen's Comp. I left not knowing how long it would be. When I arrived, I registered and waiting for the Triage nurse to escort me to emergency. There I sat on the side of the bed, my shoulder feeling like someone was holding onto it and sqeezing it. I alternately sat down and propped myself up since I couldn't get comfortable. A doctor came in and took my blood pressure and asking what the trouble was.
